What is FADGI?

FADGI is an acronym for the Federal Agencies Digital Guidelines Initiative which is a governmental-private sector collaborative effort started in 2007 to articulate common sustainable practices and guidelines for digitized historical, archival and cultural content. Image capture produced by Cultural Preservation Technologies is calibrated to 4 Star FADGI, the gold standard for archival fine art photography.
